Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us at contact@brainandbolt.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Digital Products

All of our products are digital and delivered instantly. Because of this, all sales are generally final.
However, a refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The item was not downloaded or accessed and a refund request is made within 3 days of purchase
  • You did not receive the download link or license key, and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • The product is materially different from its description

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except as required by law.

Custom Work / Services (If Applicable)

Custom or personalized services are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a full refund.
For partially completed projects, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.

Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
